It is also available with a 12-volt DC power outlet, remote keyless entry, push-button start, USB charging ports, and single-zone air conditioning. The 2022 Toyota RAV4’S Cabin Features

The 2022 Toyota RAV4 comes in six trim levels: the LE, XLE, XLE Premium, Adventure, Limited, and TRD Off-Road. The entertainment systems in the 2022 Toyota RAV4 include a six-speaker sound system, hands-free calling, a 7-inch touch-screen infotainment system, Bluetooth, a three-month trial version of a Wi-Fi hotspot, compensated volume control, and steering wheel volume controls. You have options to upgrade to an 8-inch infotainment system, include advanced voice recognition, and add on limited SiriusXM functionality.

The comfort and convenience features of the 2022 Toyota RAV4 include an air filtration system, cruise control, cloth upholstery, metal-look interior accents, a pair of 12-volt DC power outlets, a manually tilting and telescoping steering column, and an HVAC system with under-seat ducts. Optional features include dual-zone air conditioning, front bucket seats, all-weather floor mats, a leather steering wheel, seats with leatherette backs, and a 120-volt AC power outlet.

A Quick Exterior Comparison

Compared to the hard-edged RAV4, the 2022 Chevrolet Equinox has a sleeker and smoother exterior look. It has a large metal grille, double-layer headlights, and 17-inch wheels. The RAV4 has the same wheel size, a smaller black grille, and bulky headlights. The Equinox is available with solar-absorbing windows, while the RAV4 is available with tinted windows.

The RAV4 is available with a lip spoiler, and the Equinox is available with a roof-mounted luggage rack. Both sets of SUV wheels can be upgraded to 18-inch versions. The 2022 Malibu is an attractive option if you’re in the market for a sedan with plenty of space in the rear row and the trunk. With a solid engine for daily driving and plenty of infotainment technology available, the Chevy Malibu checks all the boxes. Here’s a rundown of some of its key features, courtesy of our Chevy experts at Vaden Chevrolet Pooler.

2022 Chevy Malibu Engine And Fuel Economy

Chevy offers the 2022 Malibu with two four-cylinder turbocharged engine options. The 1.5-liter base engine puts out 160 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque and is a good choice for the daily commute. If you’d like to feel a bit more power when you hit the accelerator, you may want to upgrade to the larger 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder unit, which churns out 250 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. The smaller engine is paired with a continuously variable transmission, while the larger one comes with a nine-speed automatic transmission.

With the base engine, the Malibu achieves 29 mpg on city roads and 36 mpg on the highway. The larger engine is good for 22 mpg in the city and 33 mpg for highway driving.

Chevy Malibu Interior

In the cabin, the Malibu offers spacious accommodations in both rows for up to five people. There’s plenty of headroom and legroom in the rear row for adult passengers, which isn’t always the case in the midsized sedan class. Base Malibus are fitted with cloth upholstery, but you can upgrade to leather seats with ventilation and heating if desired. If you need to install child seating, you’ll find two sets of LATCH connectors on the outermost rear seats and a tether anchor in the middle.

The Malibu’s trunk measures 15.7 cubic feet. That’s about enough for a large load of groceries or a couple of suitcases for a weekend trip. If you need to carry larger items, you can fold down the rear row to open up more space.

Malibu Infotainment Tech And Safety Features

Chevy’s entertainment system is called Infotainment 3. In the Malibu, it’s accessible through an 8-inch screen. Other standard features include a six-speaker stereo, a Wi-Fi hot spot, and Bluetooth connectivity. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, which allow you to link your phone to the Malibu’s infotainment system, are offered with a wireless connection. Optional upgrades offered in the higher trims include a premium stereo, a navigation system, wireless device charging, and an 8-inch digital gauge cluster.

Two important standard safety features in the Malibu are Buckle to Drive and Teen Driver. The first system prevents the Malibu from accelerating out of a parking spot for 20 seconds if the driver’s seatbelt isn’t buckled. Teen Driver allows you to place certain restrictions on how your Malibu is used so that someone learning to drive can do so safely. For instance, you can impose a speed limit or a volume limit for the stereo.

If you regularly drive on the highway, you may want to upgrade to get lane keep assist with lane departure warning. Other available safety features include forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, and lane change alert with side blind zone alert.

Chevy Malibu Trims

Four trims are available with the 2022 Malibu: LS, RS, LT, and Premier. The starting MSRP for the LS is $23,400, while the range-topping Premier starts at $33,500. These prices may vary depending on any optional upgrade packages you choose.

The LS trim is a great option for a first-time car buyer or anyone looking to stick to a modest budget. In addition to a broad range of standard infotainment technology, the Malibu LS features proximity keyless entry and rides on alloy wheels. You also get the option to upgrade to remote start, which can come in handy if you want to give your vehicle time to reach a comfortable temperature before you hit the road.

The RS trim adds some upscale touches to the cabin. These include a power-adjustable seat for the driver and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. A few exterior styling upgrades are also offered, such as a rear spoiler. The RS trim has a starting MSRP of $24,400.

The Malibu’s cabin begins to take on a more luxurious feel in the LT trim. You gain access to heated front seats, automatic climate control, and remote start as standard equipment. The top-of-the-range Premier trim is the only one available with the more powerful engine. It also adds the premium stereo and a navigation system. Additional standard features include leather seats, heated rear seats, power adjustments for the front passenger’s seat, and a sunroof. You can opt for some upgrades with this trim, such as adaptive cruise control and parking assist features.

Savannah College Of Art And Design Savannah Film Festival

The Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) Savannah Film Festival has the distinction of being the largest university-run film festival in the world. This year, the film festival runs from Oct. 22 through Oct. 29. To celebrate the cinematic creativity of working professionals in the film industry and emerging student filmmakers, the festival hosts a wide variety of competition film screenings, workshops, panels, and lectures. Years prior, it has welcomed over 63,000 attendees. 

Some film showcase categories include narrative, documentary, professional, student, and animated shorts. More than 100 films are selected for the competition of over 1,500 submitted films. Other programming includes Southern Voices, a collection that celebrates the authentic representation of regional stories. Ticket sales for the 2022 season go on sale on Oct. 3. Ghosts And Gravestones Tour

Get into the spirit of the season and grab yourself a scare. The Ghosts and Gravestones Tour celebrates Savannah’s unique history in a fun and exciting way. Long being regarded as one of the most haunted locations in America, Savannah’s dark past is explored throughout your journey on this tour. While with us, you’ll learn about historic ghost tales and some of Savannah’s unique history.

The Chevy Silverado is a full-sized pickup with multiple capabilities. It can haul a heavy load on the job site, tow a camper for a weekend trip out of town, and accommodate friends and family in its spacious Crew Cab. The various trim levels available with the Silverado 1500 allow you to configure your Chevy’s design to meet your personal taste. 2022 Chevy Silverado Overview And Trims

The

is offered with four engine options for the 2022 model year. These include a turbocharged four-cylinder unit, two powerful V-8s, and a six-cylinder turbodiesel that’s great for towing. The base turbocharged four-cylinder engine puts out 310 horsepower, while the largest V-8 churns out 420 horsepower.

Chevy also offers three cab options and three bed choices for its popular full-sized pickup. The smallest cab is called the Regular, and it has one row of seats. This cab is a good choice if you’ll be using your Chevy as a work truck. The other two cab options, the Double Cab and Crew Cab, can seat up to six people. The longest cargo bed measures 8 feet, 2 inches in length, while the shorter options measure 6 feet, 7 inches and 5 feet, 10 inches respectively.

The Silverado 1500 is available in eight trims: WT, Custom, LT, RST, Trail Boss, LTZ, High Country, and ZR2. Keep in mind that not all bed and cargo configurations are offered in each trim, so it’s best to decide which of these options you require before deciding on a trim level.

Silverado 1500 WT

The WT trim is the only one available with the Regular Cab and the longest bed. You can choose from the turbocharged four-cylinder engine or a 5.3-liter V-8 under the hood. All three cargo beds are available in the WT trim, which stands for Work Truck. Its starting MSRP is $34,600.

Inside the cabin, the WT trim features vinyl upholstery. It also has a seven-inch infotainment screen and a two-speaker stereo in Regular Cab models. Double Cab and Crew Cab models get a six-speaker stereo. Connectivity options in the WT include BlueTooth, two USB ports, and smartphone compatibility with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Chevy Silverado Custom

The Custom trim is available with the Double Cab or Crew Cab, and the two shorter bed lengths. The only engine in the Custom trim is the four-cylinder turbocharged unit. Prices for the Custom trim start at $41,600.

The Custom trim upgrades the cabin to cloth upholstery and adds a power-adjustable seat for the driver. This Chevy rides on 20-inch alloy wheels, which are considerably larger than the 17-inch wheels offered in the base WT trim. On the entertainment front, you get an additional pair of USB ports, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a WiFi hot spot. If you plan on doing a lot of towing, you’ll be glad to know that the Custom trim includes a class IV trailer hitch.

Silverado LT

The LT trim has the same cab and cargo bed options as the Custom. For engine options, you can choose between the four-cylinder turbocharged unit, the 5.3-liter V-8, and the six-cylinder 3.0-liter turbodiesel. The starting MSRP for the LT is $45,700.

The LT trim gets a larger 13.4-inch infotainment screen and a 12-inch digital gauge cluster. Proximity keyless entry and a locking rear differential are also included.

2022 Silverado RST

The RST trim maintains the same cab and cargo bed options as the LT. It’s the first trim to offer all four engine choices, including the 6.2-liter V-8. The starting MSRP for the RST is $49,000 for the Double Cab and $50,600 for the Crew Cab. Upgrades in the RST include fog lights and 18-inch wheels.

Chevy Silverado Trail Boss

The Trail Boss trim is the one to go for if you enjoy off-roading. It’s only available with four-wheel drive. You can choose the Trail Boss with either the standard features of the Custom or LT trim. Its starting MSRP is $49,500.

Many useful off-roading features are included, such as a 2-inch suspension lift, mud-terrain tires, skid plates, and shock absorbers. You also get a two-speed transfer case and a locking rear differential in the LT Trail Boss.

Silverado 1500 LTZ

The LTZ trim is the one for you if you like a bit of luxury in the cabin. It’s available with the Crew Cab only, and includes leather upholstery, front bucket seats, and a power-adjustable passenger’s seat. The LTZ has a starting MSRP of $54,700.

Several additional safety features are added to the LTZ. For example, you get front and rear parking sensors, rain-sensing windshield wipers, and a surround-view parking camera. You can also upgrade to a head-up display and adaptive cruise control, which can automatically control your speed on the highway.

Silverado High Country

The High Country is also only offered with the Crew Cab. You can choose between the two V-8 engines or the six-cylinder turbodiesel. The MSRP for the High Country starts at $59,800.

The High Country takes luxury to the next level. It features heated and ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, and a power-operated rear window. Finally, you get side steps to make it easier to access the cab.

Chevy Silverado 1500 ZR2

The ZR2 trim is perfect if you like to combine off-roading with luxury. With an MSRP of $68,400, it includes the Crew Cab, the 6.2-liter engine, and the shortest cargo bed. Other features include four-wheel drive, skid plates, a suspension lift, and rear and front locking differentials.
