I asked that the armrest be looked at as the side covers are coming off. Nothing done and no comment. On the way home the low pressure tire indicator came on at 51 lbs. Your inspection report indicated the tires were checked. I checked them when I got home and all 4 were different pressures. Not even looked at. Very disappointed in the service.

The service was fine, but your showroom is terrible. All of the vintage cars are nice, but wanted to see what the new SUVs looked like and how much room was in each model.. Going in the parking lot on a 90degree day to try looking in tinted windows of locked cars was not in the cards. I did not want to talk to a salesperson, just scope out new models as it is (was) time to start new car shopping. The "we no longer accept credit cards" and having to use your app to pay was an unpleasant surprise. I hate to do it, but it may be time to use a quick lube shop

Vaden of Pooler. We were first greeted a young high school student Grady that is working at the dealership for the summer as a salesperson. Which at the time we thought it would be sufficient for what we needed just to look at a couple vehicles the Chevy Blazer vs Chevy Trax and possibly a test drive. He really couldn't answer any questions I had so that being said we just decided to test drive the Chevy Trax Activ which was the vehicle my wife really liked. Fast forward to making a deal with the sales manager John, that we both agreed on and we did put a deposit down on a new 2025 Chevy Trax Activ. After leaving the dealership we looked on the website and seen that there was another trim level 2RS that our salesperson didn't know about. It had all the features my wife was looking for and liked even more. I called and went back to the dealership the next morning Saturday to zero in on the new 2025 Chevy Trax 2RS which we made the deal on with another sales manager Matt. At the time of the agreement, he said the vehicle was at their store in Brunswick and the vehicle would be at their store in Pooler by Monday which again now it's Saturday morning. I told both (Grady and Matt) then that it wasn't a big deal we could wait I didn't want them to hurry, and something happen, I wanted everything seamless "no hurries no worries". Matt assured me it wasn't a problem and there wouldn't be any issues. Monday morning, I received a text message from Grady (our high school salesperson) that the vehicle will be ready for delivery that afternoon at 5:00 pm. That's great! we're very excited about getting my wife's new 2025 Chevy Trax 2RS, we adjust our schedules accordingly to go to the dealership at the time they requested. Well, I received text 50 minutes before our scheduled time that was set by them stating "the car wasn't ready, their detail team was backed up can we come tomorrow". I called and talked to both Grady and Matt reminding them of our conversation of no hurry no worry and of their assurance that there wouldn't be any problems or issues. With no alternative we set the time for Tuesday morning and that we would be at the dealership between 11:00 and 11:15 for delivery of the new 2025 Chevrolet Trax 2RS assuring me everything would be prefect and ready to go. When we arrived at 11:05 we were greeted by Grady, he took my wife and I over to the car that was supposed to be detailed and ready for delivery. It was not!! The vehicle wasn't even washed or cleaned from when they drove it from Brunswick. There was trash stuffed in the center console, plastic on the doors, plastic that was still between the back seats from when they took it off. Another salesperson stepped in and offered and took the car back to the detail center to be redone while we signed the paperwork and whatnot. Which believe it or not was the best part of this whole car buying experience. Billy is a finance professional, he was excellent. Back to the vehicle delivery, we've now been at the dealership for more than an hour just waiting for the vehicle to come back from the detail center for the second time. They brought the vehicle around, the car it's still dripping wet! a salesperson Carson seeing everything wrong went got cloth towels to dry the car off and whatnot. Me being super frustrated at this point but yet trying to be excited for my wife getting her new car I just let it go at that time. That being said there was no explanation of the vehicle's features, can I assist you with pairing your phone to your new car, no explanation of the GM app that we knew nothing about didn't even know there was a GM app and all that it offers. At this time there's ZERO, ZERO customer satisfaction. I called and spoked to John the original sales manager and meant with him the next morning (Wednesday) to go over everything, the condition of the car when they delivered it, the lack of customer service. He (John) agreed that "they dropped the ball" and offered to take the vehicle and have it completely detailed the way it should have been at the original time of delivery assuring me that it would be done and done right. He also offered 2 years of oil changes as well. We agreed to drop my wife's new car off Friday morning, and he's gave her a Chevy Trax to drive until her new car is ready again for second delivery on Tuesday. We'll see how it goes. Jeff Card

Jeff was great, sales process was simple. My only complaint is that your recon department did a terrible job cleaning this brand new truck, which is the first new vehicle I have ever bought. Windows were disgusting, and armor all was sprayed all over the tires to the point that when i drove, it splattered all over the paint. As a former service manager for GM, this was very disappointing. My 13 year old can and does do a better job.

I brought my 2025 2500 6.6L Duramax Diesel truck in for service on Thursday. At the time, it had only 7,000 miles on it. After the service, I drove the truck for just 17 miles. The next morning (Friday), I started the truck and immediately noticed the oil light was on. I shut the truck off and checked the oil—what I found was concerning. The oil was extremely dark and dirty, and the level was low, as if it had never been properly changed. What’s more frustrating is that I waited over two hours at the dealership for this service to be completed. This experience has left me seriously questioning the quality of work performed.

Yesterday was my third oil change and tire rotation at this dealership; each time I had an appointment. The first took over two hours; the staff apologized and explained that they were under active remodel/expansion and that is slowing things down. The second, I was out in about an hour which is at the top of what I feel is reasonable. Yesterday, the third, took an hour and a half. I also find it annoying that the dealership always recommends unneeded upsells. This has happened with each service writer that I have worked with and on both of my vehicles (2024s with less than 20k miles) I believe this is a systemic problem at this dealership and being driven by leadership. When I took our 2024 Blazer in for its first oil change, the dealership recommended that I add a fuel system flush additive. This vehicle was about 6 months old and had around 7,000 miles and they recommended a fuel system clean??? Really??? That is either a ridiculous attempt at an upsell or there is something broken with the fuel system on the Blazer. I am not looking for much. I just want quick, quality service, at a fair price, and to not be sold unnecessary upsells. The upsells are what give dealership service centers a bad name. Please stop with this practice and focus on prompt customercentric service.

The service rep was extremely nice. I did pay for that additional $47 fuel additive where I know I don’t need but since service rep was nice I did it. Now the issues. I went in for the 7,500 inspection, oil change and tire rotation. The DEF was never filled up so now I'm questioning if that additional fuel additive was even added. Windshield wipers weren’t offered to replace. Final issue is none of this appointment made in my Chevrolet app was added to my Chevrolet reward points. Otherwise the only interactions I had with staff was my service rep and it was a good interaction. The service side of it not impressed.

My 2024 Silverado ev is literally a driving computer and I was told I need to pay for updates. Coming from Tesla where updates are constant and free, I was shocked to find out I’d need to pay for updates with this truck. Also the need cover is ripped and flapping around. The truck has less than 300 miles. They said they ordered a replacement and they’d call me when it would be in which should have been last Tuesday. I have yet to hear anything. Although I just bought the truck I am insured of the long term ownership of this truck due to having to pay for updates and lack of communication.

The service was completed much more timely than other visits. I really wish they would stop asking me to get add ons. The truck is a year old and has 21k miles yet it “needed” $600 worth of attention. My wiper blades are good, I can’t believe an air filter only lasts a year, and how does it need a system flush?

The transmission went bad, which they are known to do, and GM made it right after a 8-9 week period at which point Vaden in Pooler installed the new transmission. Fast forward about approximately 3-4 months, I went in for a routine oil change with no other plans in mind until Lorenzo came along. Long story shorter…I walked out with a new 2026 Chevy Silverado, LTZ. Lorenzo was instrumental in my latest purchase and phenomenal to do business with. During both of my recent purchases, Jake played a part and was helpful. I have dealt with great people there and their service has been 100% top notch. With everything being said, NEITHER of these purchases would be possible without the assistance of John Ringer. He is the only reason we purchased earlier this year as well as this time. He is truly about customer service and satisfaction!! I called my brother while waiting for paperwork, he then came by and left with a new 2025 corvette. I will only deal with this dealership from now on. Thank you Vaden of Pooler.

To be honest although I have always been brand loyal, I was on the fence of buying another Chevrolet from recent experience. They over charged me for things like injecting cleaner that my truck with 20k miles didn’t need and performed it without my approval then they were supposed to give me a loaner vehicle and they never did. My truck was there over two months I had to pay out-of-pocket for a rental. Very bad experience.
